Pickup Schedules:

What we take:

  • Corrugated Cardboard
  • Newspapers (including ads)
  • Chipboard (cereal boxes)
  • Paper Egg Cartons
  • Magazines
  • Junk Mail and Office Papers (bag shredded paper in clear plastic )
  • Phone Books
  • Plastic Bottles, Jugs, and Tubs ONLY (never mind the "number" that is on the container as that is becoming somewhat irrelevant. If it falls into the category above we will accept it, otherwise it should be discarded). Caps on bottles and jugs are permitted.
  • Aluminum Beverage Cans
  • Tin or Steel cans (aerosol cans are permitted provided that the contents have been completely expelled)
  • Clean Aluminum Foil and Trays
  • Plastic and Paper Grocery Bags
  • Trash Bags (minus any trash)
  • Dry Cleaning Bags
  • Glass BOTTLES AND JARS
  • Pop Rings that 6 packs come in

What we do NOT take:

  • Any Municipal Solid Waste
  • Any Hazardous Items
  • Yard Waste
  • Gift Wrap
  • Tyvek or Nylon Envelopes
  • Tissue Paper or Paper Towels
  • Diapers
  • Wax paper
  • Photographs
  • Heavily Dyed or neon Colored Paper
  • Foil Paper
  • Styrofoam & Packing Peanuts
  • Foam egg cartons
  • Paper Plates
  • Plastic Silverware
  • Straws
  • Food Bags (e.g. potato chip bags, frozen food bags)
  • Cereal Bags
  • Flexible Packaging
  • Window Glass
  • Mirror Glass
  • Shower Curtains
  • Cups and Lids (plastics are recyclable, styrofoam/wax are not)
  • Piping
  • Misc Steel Pieces (including coat hangers)
  • Appliances
  • Wood
  • Wax Cartons (e.g. milk and ice cream)
  • Aseptic Containers (e.g. juice boxes)
  • Deli Containers/Clam Shells
